Caroline Redmond joined Hayden Harper in 2025 as Vice President of the Wealth Advisory team, where she is dedicated to helping individual and family office clients achieve their financial goals and objectives. With a focus on personalized service and comprehensive financial strategies, Caroline plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through financial complexity.

Prior to joining Hayden Harper, Caroline spent over four years at Brown Brothers Harriman, where she served as a Senior Relationship Associate. In this role, she worked with high-net-worth families, collaborating with some of the firm’s largest clients to manage their intricate financial needs. Before her tenure at BBH, Caroline worked as a Project Manager at Wray Ward, a prominent Charlotte-based marketing agency. There, she oversaw projects for financial institutions, as well as home and building brands, providing strategic insights and project management expertise.

Caroline holds a B.A. in Media and Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations, along with minors in Entrepreneurship and Art History, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Outside of her professional life, Caroline resides in Charlotte with her husband, Devin, and their golden retriever, Goose. She enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, walking in Freedom Park, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
