Relationship Manager

Leslie Estep joined Hayden Harper in 2018, and serves as a Relationship Manager. Leslie is a business leader with a passion for people, making connections, and executing ideas. She works with our family office clients and business owners to understand their needs, develop plans to address them and help optimize their operations.

After 18+ years in the corporate world, Leslie left to combine her business acumen and desire to impact people through small business. She works side-by-side with the owner of the Hayden Harper holding company to optimize the health and financial performance of the portfolio companies.

Leslie earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a masters degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. She and her husband Jason have two sons. Leslie and her family have a love for football, Charlotte Christian School, and connecting with people in underserved neighborhoods.
